Escape Lounge offers an unrivaled passenger experience, with complimentary drinks and delicious seasonal food served in a locally inspired space. With cozy corners and spaces to work, the lounge offers a tailored service whether you’re traveling for work or pleasure, alone or with family. The lounge is open to all regardless of airline.

Friendly faces are ready to help you find something or someone on both ticketing and baggage claim levels of the terminal.

A serene escape from a busy day. The room, located near baggage carousel 6, is equipped with religious texts, writings, and prayer rugs suitable for all faiths.

Mail and package drop-off

Passengers can drop packages and mail directly at one of our USPS or FedEx drop boxes. Please note: envelopes, boxes, stamps, etc., are not available.

Paw Force One

Our furry volunteers in our Paw Force One pet therapy program bring smiles to travelers of all ages. Look out for the Paw Force One bandana or “pet me” harness to get in some snuggles and pets before your flight.

Allow your pet to “paws” and relax before your flight with the pet relief area outside of baggage claim.

ReadyStation Visa cards

Airlines only accept credit cards. The ReadyStation debit card vending stations make it easy to insert cash (up to $1,000) and receive a Visa debit card in return. A $6 fee is automatically deducted upon purchase.

SmarteCarte luggage carts

SmarteCarte luggage carts are available in the parking garage, at the curbside, and in baggage claim to help lighten your load. The cost is $6 per cart and $.25 is refunded when you return a cart to a SmarteCarte location.

Water filling stations

Bring your own water bottle to fill up before your flight! There are water bottle filling stations in each concourse so you can stay hydrated after passing through the security checkpoint.
